Job summary

Mozilla Foundation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream in 2027. You will define requirements and release plans with engineering, design, security, and infrastructure teams, while coordinating with pilot customers and cross-functional partners to translate deployment needs into product decisions.

You will collaborate with sales, legal, finance and support on packaging, pricing inputs, and go-to-market readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Launching 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products.
• Owning a hosted or SaaS security product, including data residency.
• Working with public sector organizations and sovereignty requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and set direction for new products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise browsers, EDR, SSO or MDM
• Compliance experience with NIS2, DORA and GDPR
• Exposure to AI features and data loss prevention
• Government-facing business experience
• French or German language proficiency
