Job summary

Ledgy is seeking a Staff Product Manager to scale the core components of our equity management platform as we expand globally. You will drive the strategy for transactions, equity types, and trading, partnering across product, design, and engineering to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for large enterprises.

You will lead discovery, own cross-market features, and mentor teams while applying AI tools to speed up research, documentation, and delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience with enterprise-facing roles and regulated spaces.
Ability to scale products across jurisdictions.
Strong communication and collaboration with leadership.
Experience owning third-party integrations.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and strategy for the heart of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading).
Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring equity and cap table management to the next level for enterprise workflows.
Run discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across core markets.
Collaborate with product leadership on strategy and balancing milestones with platform investments.
Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs to write clear specs and manage agile delivery.
Contribute to PM best practices and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and delivery.
Define and track success metrics for team initiatives and KPIs.
