Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior product leader to define vision and roadmaps for AI-native products, platforms, and intelligent workflows. You will drive discovery, prototyping, and pilots to validate concepts and move them toward scalable production.

You will partner with engineering, ML, data science, design, and business teams to translate AI advances into practical capabilities, define requirements, APIs, and success metrics, and guide responsible, data‑driven product delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant PM experience leading digital or AI-enabled products from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to define strategy and roadmaps for ambiguous, emerging, or technically complex product areas.
• Strong fluency with AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and applied ML services.
• Experience guiding products that incorporate ML, AI, automation, data platforms, or intelligent decisioning systems in production.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into product tradeoffs, requirements, and execution plans with engineering teams.
• Comfort contributing to product definition through prototypes, technical specs, and workflow diagrams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics and data-driven prioritization.
• Proven ability to operate across ambiguity with strategic direction and execution detail.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to align stakeholders around complex ideas.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking for scalable platform opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for emerging technology initiatives, including AI-native products, platform capabilities, intelligent workflows, and data-driven systems
• Lead discovery, prototyping, and pilot efforts to validate emerging technologies and move high-potential concepts toward scalable production solutions
• Translate advances in generative AI, LLMs, RAG, computer vision, multimodal learning, and agentic systems into practical product capabilities for media, business, and technology use cases
• Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, data science, design, and business teams to define system requirements, APIs, services, workflows, and success metrics
• Guide the development of intelligent systems that reason over structured and unstructured data, automate complex workflows, and generate actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to modernize internal platforms, operational tools, content workflows, and business processes through platformization and intelligent automation
• Develop product requirements, briefs, decision frameworks, and technical narratives that align cross‑functional teams around complex and evolving initiatives
• Drive experimentation and measurement plans to evaluate the impact of AI‑powered products on efficiency, quality, revenue, productivity, user experience, and business outcomes
• Ensure AI and data‑driven systems meet standards for reliability, safety, observability, performance, trust, and responsible use in real‑world environments
• Partner with stakeholders across FOX to prioritize opportunities, communicate tradeoffs, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment from concept through delivery
• Act as a hands‑on product leader by shaping architectures, prototypes, workflows, data requirements, and product experiences in close collaboration with technical teams
• Foster a culture of responsible innovation, technical rigor, curiosity, and continuous learning across product and partner teams

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency with modern AI and machine learning concepts, including large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and applied ML services
• Experience building or guiding products that incorporate machine learning, AI, automation, data platforms, or intelligent decisioning systems in production environments
• Ability to work closely with engineering, machine learning, and data teams to translate technical constraints into product tradeoffs, requirements, and execution plans
• Comfort contributing directly to product definition through prototypes, technical specs, workflow diagrams, service requirements, APIs, or close pairing with engineering teams
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating product impact, and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
• Proven ability to operate across ambiguity, balancing long‑term strategic direction with execution‑level detail
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders around complex ideas
