The core compute team builds and operates the compute infrastructure that underpins all the AI workloads running on CoreWeave. We provide the compute services and abstractions that customers need to build and operate an increasingly diverse set of AI workloads, from training, to inference, agents, and sandboxes. CoreWeave Kubernetes Service is at the center of this providing the core framework for CoreWeave and its customers to build and operate AI applications.
As Staff Product Manager for Containers & Kubernetes, you’ll be responsible for driving the roadmap and strategy for our flagship CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS) used by top AI frontier labs and enterprises, as well as ensuring internal teams have the features and primitives they need to deliver higher-level services above CKS.
You will be working on a critical component of the compute stack to both evolve what already exists, and help define the next generation of container services for AI.
The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,00. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
