Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager on our Consumer team to define how millions experience Affirm across mobile apps, web experiences, and future surfaces.

You will lead foundational domains, drive large redesigns, and collaborate with Engineering and Design to shape architecture, patterns, and platforms for a high-quality consumer journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building consumer technology products at scale.
• Demonstrated success leading highly cross‑functional initiatives that span multiple teams and product areas.
• Strong consumer product instincts and exceptional product taste.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for affirm’s core consumer experience across app, web, and future consumer surfaces.
• Own foundational experience domains including navigation, information architecture, design systems, shared UX frameworks, and platform capabilities.
• Lead major experience initiatives, including large‑scale redesigns and structural improvements to the consumer journey.
• Partner closely with Mobile and Web Engineering teams to shape the architecture, capabilities, and developer experience of affirm’s consumer platforms, including our React Native application stack.
• Help define the shared capabilities, navigation patterns, component frameworks, and platform investments that enable product teams to build high‑quality experiences consistently across React Native and web surfaces.
