Job summary

Affirm is building its own bank and seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end deposit product, from go-to-market to regulatory readiness. You will lead cross-functional teams to shape the consumer deposit experience and drive integration with affirm’s platform.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to scale deposits from launch to a multi-billion-dollar base, while aligning with credit products and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience on complex initiatives.
• Experience launching regulated consumer-facing fintech products.
• Proven program leadership with cross-functional launches.

Responsibilities

• Own deposits and loan-originations roadmap and product strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Content, and Design on go-to-market and messaging.
• Drive regulatory readiness, policy alignment, and vendor integrations.
