Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for platform, infrastructure, or data products at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into PM workflows to improve quality or speed.
• Strong fluency in APIs, data standards, and platform design with engineers and partners.
• Track record of shipping platform or integration capabilities with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships with financial institutions.
• Domain experience in financial data, banking connectivity, or open banking preferred.
• AI fluency shown through prototyped or shipped capabilities, not just familiarity.
• Data-driven operator focused on ecosystem health and data quality metrics.
• Executive communicator who can rally teams and influence SVPs.
• Undergraduate degree required; CS or related field preferred; MBA or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for bank connection durability and data quality.
• Build AI-enabled experiences that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
• Lead bank API migrations and open banking standards transitions.
• Define what high-quality data means per use case and drive delivery.
• Improve account-linking and reconnection experiences to reduce friction.
• Partner with banks, aggregators, and standards bodies on secure integrations.
• Diagnose failures and resolve root causes with partners before customers are affected.
• Identify where AI can raise data quality and automate error recovery.
• Write narratives and docs to align engineering with connectivity strategy.
