Experience with brand safety and suitability frameworks (e.g., GARM standards, third-party verification partners, contextual and inventory controls), and an understanding of how suitability outcomes are measured and communicated to advertisers.

Knowledge of the ever-changing privacy and signals landscape, and how privacy-enhancing technologies will shape the future of measurement.

Skilled at communicating deep technical and statistical concepts to cross-functional partners, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.

Ability to formulate a multi-year strategy, plan a roadmap, and deliver customer-impacting projects on a regular cadence.

Ability to build alignment and drive co-owned projects across key cross-functional teams, including Ads Delivery, Signals, Attribution, Targeting, Ranking, and Trust & Safety.
