Job summary

Zocdoc in New York, NY is seeking a Staff Product Manager for our consumer marketplace to drive patient-centric product strategy and execution. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to shape features that improve access to in-network care and patient experience.

You will partner with Design, Trust & Safety, Operations, Finance, UXR, and PMM to translate research into scalable solutions that impact millions of patients and position Zocdoc as a trusted digital health marketplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2C, marketplace and/or insurance products.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.
• A passion for telling stories with data and driving alignment through insights.
• Experience with SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, or Salesforce is a plus.
• An action-oriented attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range: $200,000 — $260,000 USD
