As a Staff Product Manager, you'll lead the product development process. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to create innovative products that meet customer needs and drive company success.

The salary range for this position is between $48,000 and $66,548 per year. What You Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in product management, business, or a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural technology industry and its challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and a passion for using data to drive decision-making.
