This position plays a crucial role in maintaining Corient’s Microsoft stack and reports to the VP of IT Operations.

Location: Chicago, Illinois or Miami, Florida

Responsibilities
  • Manage file/exchange migrations using scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and tools (e.g., Shargate, BitTitan)
  • Standardize and automate key aspects of the tech stack, especially related to M&A, onboarding, and account setups, utilizing enterprise integrations
  • Enhance monitoring capabilities across the Microsoft stack, continuously seeking improvements
  • Serve as SME for Microsoft Exchange and full-stack configurations, aligning features with product roadmaps
  • Document and evolve the product technology architecture
  • Develop a roadmap for leveraging development tools and engineering practices (e.g., DevSecOps) for rapid and secure feature delivery
  • Collaborate effectively across experience levels and mentor junior team members
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3-5+ years experience developing on relevant platforms
  • Experience with DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines
  • 1-2+ years experience as a full-stack developer
  • Ability to build scalable infrastructure
  • Product background preferred
Physical Requirements

  • Onsite work required 4 days per week
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 or older

Pay Range

The salary range is $96,000 – $116,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This is an exempt position under Illinois law.
