Job summary

Linktree is expanding its design team with Staff designers who bring real range and a clear spike. This role focuses on shaping highly impactful design across surfaces, collaborating with PMs, engineers, researchers, and design systems, and using AI to accelerate exploration and delivery.

You’ll influence direction, elevate craft, and contribute to a product used by millions in a rapidly growing platform with flexible work arrangements.

What You'll Do

Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $210,000 - $250,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.
