Warner Bros. Discovery Sports is seeking a Staff Product Designer for Bleacher Report to influence product direction across digital platforms. You will collaborate with design, product, engineering, and research teams to deliver customer-centered experiences tailored to sports fans, across apps, web, and social channels.

Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports is seeking a Staff Product Designer for Bleacher Report within the Sports and Entertainment organization. Bleacher Report is a leading digital destination for next-generation sports fans, creating cross-platform experiences at the intersection of sports, culture, and real-time storytelling across its app, website, and social channels.

Reporting to the Director, Product Design, this role will help shape the future of sports fandom across our digital products and platforms. This role requires deep knowledge of sports, strong familiarity with digital sports products, and a clear understanding of sports audience behaviors, fandom, and liveand creatorcontent consumption patterns. This role is responsible for helping to drive product vision, influencing strategy, and creating alignment across multiple teams, platforms, and customer journeys. You'll partner with Design Operations, Product, Engineering, User Research, Data, and business leaders to solve ambiguous problems, identify opportunities for innovation, and deliver experiences that drive meaningful customer and business impact.

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be a highly influential individual contributor who helps shape product direction, elevate design quality, and mentor other designers while remaining deeply involved in raising the bar for UX Design and execution.

The Work
