Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead catheter process development and optimization.
• Design and qualify fixtures and tooling (SolidWorks).
• Collaborate with equipment builders, machine shops, and vendors.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation activities.
• Drive yield, throughput, and repeatability improvements.
• Scale processes from development to production.
