Qualifications

• Experience with foundation models, scaling, RL and reward modeling.
• Ability to design evaluation loops, benchmarks, and LLM-based judging.
• Proven track record of publishing research and leading end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on state-of-the-art voice models and AI agents.
• Develop and validate experiments, report results, and publish findings.
• Own research projects from question framing to results delivery.
