Salesforce is hiring Staff & Principal Product Data Scientists to build a world-class data ecosystem that supports data-driven product decision-making at Slack. You will define product landscapes, derive insights, and shape product strategy while partnering with PDE and GTM teams to drive development, measurement, and iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product data science experience in tech industries.
• Data-driven decision making to influence product outcomes.
• BS in a quantitative field; MS/PhD preferred.
• Experience communicating complex analyses to executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with product stakeholders to identify opportunities and roadmaps.
• Drive evidence-based decision making; broaden data accessibility.
• Evaluate drivers for adoption of Slack product capabilities.
• Build frameworks for product success metrics and self-serve reporting.
• Prototype data models and work with Data Engineering to canonical sources of truth.
• Contribute to design and implementation of Slack's data platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and business value.
• Collaborate with Product Researchers to align roadmaps.
