Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. is seeking a Professional-level Product Line Manager in Richardson, TX to own product lifecycles, analyze supply chain impacts, and support customers with product information, quotations, and orders.

You will drive profitability through cost optimization and collaborate with sales to identify new market opportunities while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of products after launch through end of life of the products
• Analyze supply chain management impact to the business and drive project activities accordingly
• Manage customer expectations by providing direct or sales channel support with product information, sampling support, responses to customer questions, quotations, managing and expediting orders, and factory and quality support
• Drive product profitability through cost optimization and supplier engagement
• Manage forecasting and inventory to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing inventory turns
• Partner with sales teams to support business growth initiatives by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying new market opportunities, and providing product portfolio expertise to align customer needs with business objectives and company goals
• Influence and drive internal and external customers and cross-functional teams with or without formal authority

Key Roles and responsibilities:

You will work among a team of experienced Product Line Managers who will help you acquire technical knowledge and methods. Over time, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the life cycle of products after product launch through end of life of the products
• Analyze supply change management impact to the business and drive project activities accordingly
• Manage customer expectations by providing direct or sales channel support with product information, sampling support, responses to customer questions, quotations, managing and expediting orders, and factory and qualitysupport
• Drive product profitability through cost optimization and supplier engagement
• Manage forecasting and inventory to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing inventory turns
• Partner with sales teams to support business growth initiatives by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying new market opportunities, and providing product portfolio expertise to align customer needs with business objectives and company goals
• Influence and drive internal and external customers and cross-functional teams with or without formal authority

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

• Experience collecting and analyzing data, conducting field research and recognizing trends
• Pricing and opportunity negotiations skills required
• Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills required
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• SAP system experience preferred
• Demonstrated agility and adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional environments required
• Experience in RF semiconductors is preferred

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or similar field of study

A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
