The Data Ventures Product team develops and scales Walmart’s data‑driven products, transforming unique data assets into solutions that enhance customer value and generate new revenue. Operating within the Global Data & Ads Product group, the team integrates data, technology, and commercialization, with platforms like Scintilla enabling insights for suppliers and internal partners. Expanding into Health & Wellness, the team creates innovative products such as Scintilla Health, combining pharmacy data with market research. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Business Development, Legal, and Research, the team drives product innovation in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Hoboken, New Jersey – $132,000.00–$264,000.00 (annual). San Bruno, California – $143,000.00–$286,000.00 (annual). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock is also part of the total compensation package.
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly is valued.
