Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a product leader to own the crypto surface in the US app, shaping 15-minute, hourly, and weekly markets and coordinating with engineering and design to move fast. You will work closely with traders and market makers to balance depth and simplicity for retail users.

You’ll run experiments on market formats and resolution mechanisms, analyze liquidity, and push features that drive engagement while tracking competitive positioning against Kalshi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer-facing company.
• Deep working knowledge of crypto markets and retail trader behavior.
• Hands-on experience with trading product concepts (order books, market structure, price resolution).
• Strong analytical instincts with data-driven decision making.
• Direct, clear communication across engineering, design and external partners.
• Experience with market makers or liquidity providers is a plus.
• Exposure to prediction markets or event-based trading products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for crypto markets in the US app, prioritizing market formats and trader-facing features.
• Coordinate with engineering and design to ship and iterate on 15-minute, hourly, and weekly crypto markets.
• Work with market makers to understand liquidity and improve market structures.
• Analyze trader behavior, volume and liquidity metrics to identify gaps and guide development.
• Run experiments on formats, resolution mechanisms (VWAP/TWAP) and onboarding flows to boost engagement and retention.
• Track competitive positioning against Kalshi and translate into concrete product decisions.
• Represent the crypto product in cross-functional planning and align stakeholders on priorities.
