Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Developer Experience to lead AI-native validation and reshape the internal developer platform for engineers at scale.

You will own the test pyramid, drive AI-assisted validation, and partner with CI/CD and data science to enable fast, reliable delivery.

8+ years of product management, platform mindset, and deep knowledge of testing strategies are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience shipping developer-facing tools or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing strategies, and automation at scale.
• Experience building platform products for engineers as internal customers.
• AI-native thinking and ability to use AI to solve engineering bottlenecks.
• Ability to decompose broad problem spaces into multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics to prioritize backlog.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native validation and accelerate test case generation and regression risk identification.
• Redefine developer workflow to remove friction in the inner loop and enable rapid iteration.
• Architect the test pyramid and define vision/roadmap for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of developer-facing capabilities (environments, local testing tools, APIs/SDKs).
• Partner with CI/CD PM and engineering leadership to align local environments with global deployment pipelines.
• Drive technical strategy with engineering and data science for scalable architecture.
