Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with a current, unrestricted New Jersey medical license.
• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is highly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an occupational medicine setting is preferred.
• MRO and FMCSA certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Deep knowledge of workers' compensation, OSHA regulations, and DOT requirements.
• A collaborative physician committed to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Active DEA, CDS, and BLS certifications.

• Drive Quality & Policy: Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Serve as a Clinical Expert: Perform specialized exams (DOT, pre-placement), act as an MRO, and conduct workplace assessments.
• Lead & Collaborate: Work with case managers, therapists, and client employers for integrated, cost-effective care and safe return-to-work plans.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold standards per workers' compensation laws, OSHA, and federal/state regulations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will do more than provide exceptional patient care-you will help define the clinical standards for our entire practice. Key Responsibilities:
