American Family Care, Inc. is seeking a qualified clinician to provide high-quality patient care across shifts in our urgent care setting. The role requires leadership to supervise clinical staff and ensure timely charting and documentation.

Board-certified or eligible in ER, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine with active state license, DEA, and state controlled substances certificate is required. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential, along with a professional

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible – Emergency Room, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine (w/ER or UC experience)
• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required
• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Responsabilités
