Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Staff Physician for a full-time opportunity to join our physician-led geriatrics practice.

Compensation ranges from $210,000 to $265,000 per year (base + bonus + incentive). We offer signing bonus, comprehensive malpractice coverage, CME paid time off, 401(k) matching up to 3%, and strong work-life balance. Florida-based candidates welcome, with AHCA background screening prerequisite.

• Requires a medical degree from an accredited program and completion of a primary care residency.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice is required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience; geriatric fellowship preferred.
