Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living in Matthews, NC, a 60-acre continuing care retirement community, is seeking a Staff Physician to join our physician-led geriatrics practice on a full-time basis. Compensation ranges from $210,000 to $265,000 per year and includes base, bonus and incentive opportunities.

You will need a medical degree from an accredited program, completion of a primary care residency, and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

We are hiring a Staff Physician with full-time opportunity to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice.

Compensation: $210,000- $265,000 per year (IncludesBase + Bonus + Incentive)

What you will need

• Requires a medical degree from an accredited program, completion of a primary care residency program, with Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice


• Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience required.


• Candidates with geriatric fellowship training are preferred
