Lehigh University's Student Affairs division is looking for a Staff Physician who understands that a student's ability to thrive academically and personally begins with their health. Based at Lehigh's on-campus Health and Wellness Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, you'll deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse community of undergraduate and graduate students — bringing clinical rigor and genuine human connection to every encounter. Working within an ambulatory health setting, you'll be the clinical anchor for students navigating everything from acute illness to ongoing chronic conditions.

This position is a Grade: 13 - 40with an approximate salary range of $136,340-$180,000 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

The Staff Physician provides comprehensive primary care to university students in an ambulatory health setting. This role is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic health conditions, as well as preventive care and health promotion. The Staff Physician exercises advanced clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to support student health and ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery.
