Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification, if required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine physical therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and discuss progress with families and physicians.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and payer requirements.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
