STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Tennessee network. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
This role requires a CAPTE-accredited degree, current Tennessee licensure, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office. We offer mentorship, professional development, and a supportive family culture across our clinics.
