Job summary

Motion Rehabilitation in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care. You will work with a cross-functional team including surgeons, chiropractors, and clinicians to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and return-to-activity programs.

Base salary up to $130,000 with performance bonuses, health insurance, PTO, and CE support. New grads welcome with mentoring and structured onboarding in a growing network across Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility).
• 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered.
• Personal injury or third-party liability experience a plus; willingness to learn the PI model required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation including joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, and return-to-activity programming.
• Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, gait training, and therapeutic activities for personal injury and post-surgical patients.
• Manage all aspects of patient care and PI/third-party liability service line knowledge, including documentation.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants at the clinic location.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, clinic directors, orthopedic providers, and specialists in a interdisciplinary environment.
• Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours.
• Maintain a target caseload of approximately 16–18 patients per day, scaling with clinic needs.
• Occasional travel to nearby Motion Rehabilitation locations for coverage as needed.
• Maintain active Georgia PT license and fulfill CE requirements.

About Motion Rehabilitation

Motion Rehabilitation is the physical therapy division of ProCo, one of Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks. Alongside AICA Orthopedics, we operate across 21 metro Atlanta locations — giving our PTs access to a fully integrated clinical ecosystem that most outpatient practices can't offer: in-house orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, chiropractors, anesthesiologists, and advanced imaging, all under one roof.

This is outpatient orthopedic PT at a level of clinical depth and collaboration that's hard to find anywhere else in Atlanta.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programming
• Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, gait training, and therapeutic activities for personal injury and post-surgical patients
• Manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case treatment, documentation, and PI/third-party liability service line knowledge
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants at your clinic location, clinically and administratively
• Collaborate daily with chiropractors, clinic directors, orthopedic providers, and specialists — this is a genuinely interdisciplinary environment
• Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours
• Target caseload of?approximately 16–18 patients per day, scaling with clinic volume and support staffing

Compensation & Benefits
