Job summary

Collegiate Composites LLC is seeking a staff photographer to handle on-campus headshot sessions for the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware region during the Spring 2027 season (late January through May) and beyond. Most shoots occur on university campuses such as the University of Pennsylvania, Villanova, TCNJ, the University of Delaware, and Rutgers.

The work is on-location, Monday to Friday during school hours, with equipment provided, and no post-session work required.

Qualifications

• Available for Spring 2027 season (late January–May).
• Experience in on-location campus photography.
• Willing to travel within the Philadelphia/New Jersey/Delaware region.

Job description

• We are a headshot-style photography company serving the college market
• We are hiring a staff photographer to handle our clients in the Philadelphia/New Jersey/Delaware region for our Spring 2027 season (beginning at the end of January and going through May) and beyond.
• We work on-location on college campuses. Most of the work for this position is at Univ. of Pennsylvania, Villanova Univ., TCNJ, Univ. of Delaware, Rutgers, etc.
• We only take photos Monday to Friday (not necessarily every day in a week), during normal business hours, and only during the school year - leaving the weekends and summers for photographers to handle most of their normal business (weddings, seniors, family portraits, etc.)
• We provide all the equipment and training
• There is zero post-work required after photo sessions. We handle everything after the photo session.
• There is zero scheduling/logistics that the photographer is expected to handle; that is all coordinated in our office.
• In additional to pay, we cover all travel expenses, including gas, food, hotels, etc., and on longer trips, we reimburse for travel time.
• We are NOT an event photography company. Rather these sessions are more akin to yearbook photography
• Compensation (again, we cover all expenses) ranges from $265 to $400 per day (take home pay per job).
