Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our team in Colorado. You will deliver direct patient care, manage medication therapy, and support disease state management while collaborating with a dedicated team.

The role requires an active state license and a Pharm.D. or equivalent degree, with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs. A $30,000 sign-on incentive is available for eligible candidates.
