Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations.
  • Provide prescriptions and patient consultations.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians, interns, and clerks.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
  • Staff Pharmacists fill prescriptions following laws and policies: retrieve, measure, label, and audit.
  • Assist customers and physicians with prescription and health inquiries per CS guidelines.
  • Offer professional consultations per state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate billing and dispensing procedures under CMS DMEPOS guidelines, including complaints.
  • Participate in clinical programs and handle pharmacist-related phone inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure policy and legal compliance.
  • Conduct monthly CII audits and maintain controlled substance records.
  • Verify prescriptions and check patient records.
  • Order, stock, and maintain inventory of pharmacy products.
  • Train pharmacy technicians and give performance feedback.
  • Manage customer sales register and ensure pharmacy professionalism.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy
  • Licensed Pharmacist (active state license required)
  • Successful completion of NAPLEX and State Law exams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
