Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a remote role. Ideal candidate must reside in FL, IN, AZ or PA and be licensed in their state of residence and preferably reside within an hour of our local sites.

During training (6-8 weeks), hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT. After training, shifts are Mon-Fri 10:00 am - 7 pm CT or Thu-Sun, 10-hour days with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• This position compounds and dispenses medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines.
• May take calls from customers regarding lost orders or dispensing errors; maintain production, quality and service levels.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Verify prescription information entered in the system by data entry or order entry.
• Current resident pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong focus on customer service, quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule for peak volume times.

Job description

This is a remote position. Ideal candidate must reside in FL, IN, AZ or PA and be licensed in their state of residence and preferably reside within an hour of our local sites.

During the 6-8-week training period, the hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT.

Once training is completed, the available shift schedules will either be Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 7 pm CT or Thursday - Sunday, 10 hour shifts during day time hours. Both shifts will have a 1-week on call rotation 2-3 times per year.
