Job summary

A new pharmacy located in La Crosse is seeking a PT Staff Pharmacist to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a pharmacy from the ground up and to provide comprehensive pharmacy services. Responsibilities include delivering clinical services, excellent customer service, and assisting with medication programs. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a pharmacy license and hold a PharmD as well as certifications in immunization and CPR. Qualifications

• Must hold a pharmacy license without federal sanctions.
• Must provide a copy of the MTM Certification from an approved ACPE program.
• NPI Number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Deliver clinical services like CMR and immunizations.
• Ensure efficient workflow for prescription filling.
• Structure and organize workflow for efficient prescription filling and patient counseling.
• Deliver clinical services including CMR, TMR, CMM, Disease State Management, and Immunizations.
• Dispense medications and related supplies while providing all clinical pharmacy services.

PT Staff Pharmacist-La Crosse, WI

We’re excited to share that we are opening a brand-new pharmacy located in La Crosse. We’ve partnered with Kwik Trip and will be operating a full-service pharmacy within their corporate office to support their employees and families and provide comprehensive pharmacy services.

With this expansion, we are looking for a PT Staff Pharmacist to join our team in this new location. It’s a unique opportunity to build a pharmacy from the ground up, shape workflows, and be part of a collaborative partnership with Kwik Trip.

A few of the primary responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Leads team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structures and organizes workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Deliver clinical services to patients, including but not limited to, Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), Disease State Management, and Immunizations to optimize medication therapy and improve health outcomes.
• Dispenses medications, related supplies, and provides all clinical pharmacy services.

Applicants must have, or be able to obtain, the following:

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
