Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing and immunizing practices
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and follow safety guardrails
• Provide compassionate patient care and counsel on medications
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations
