CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team and help deliver high-quality patient care. This role supports the Pharmacy Manager, leads Pharmacy Support Staff, and ensures safe, compliant operations across the pharmacy.

You will manage patient safety, regulatory requirements, inventory, and workflow while focusing on compassionate service and cost-effective care. A valid state pharmacist license and immunization certification are required; DEA exclusion must not apply.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Oversee patient safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, loss prevention and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Contribute to growth and improved performance of the pharmacy.
• Demonstrate leadership and compassionate patient care.
