Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care and to counseling customers on medications. You will dispense prescriptions accurately, administer immunizations, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and company policies.

In this role you’ll work to the top of your license, engage with the community, and lead by example in delivering quality care and service. This position is based at Walmart’s Ash Flat location with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent.
• Active pharmacy license in the job entry state.
• Immunization training completion required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and medications.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff on customer service approaches.
