Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time role at our Massachusetts location. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, lead Pharmacy Support Staff, and ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service.

The position details include 29 hours weekly with a pay range of $60.00–$76.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate holds an active state Pharmacy License and immunization certification, with a clean DEA record and no felony charges

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and provide compassionate care to patients and customers.
• Support Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician staff and daily operations.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, and inventory management.
• Drive growth and improve performance by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.

• Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals

Required Qualifications
