Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Pharmacist in Charlotte, NC to join our fast-paced team. The role involves hands-on dispensing, verification, and the complete prescription fulfillment process from start to finish, including packing and shipment preparation.

Key tasks include QA for all dispenses, coordination with the pharmacy team, and ensuring compliance with federal/state laws while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and license in NC are required.

Qualifications

• Exemplary interpersonal communication skills including written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Warehouse work, including the ability to lift 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
• Collaborate with staff pharmacists to ensure QA checks prior to shift end.
• Complete housekeeping pharmacy tasks including returns, rejects, substitutions, canister approvals.
• Answer clinical questions and provide clinical guidance.
• Investigate errors and facilitate proper resolution and reporting.
• Deliver pertinent pharmacy information to the distribution team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and Federal/State laws.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfaction.
