AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacist for its Valley View, OH location. The role focuses on accurate prescription verification, clinical review and compliance, with a requirement to obtain CA licensure within 120 days of hire.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, OH license, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with patients and healthcare professionals. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

Job Details

All pharmacist positions at ExactCare Pharmacy are expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed and verified. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Active license in state of OH required and must obtain a CA license within 120 days of hire.

Experience

• Experience with pharmacist verification work

• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus

Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. This role’s schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
