CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Technician staff while maintaining patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service.

The role emphasizes managing inventory and profitability, and implementing patient care programs to improve health outcomes. Active state license and immunization certification are required, with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Formación

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Pharmacy Manager in supporting the Pharmacy Manager and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and customer service.
• Manage inventory, personnel, and financial profitability including loss prevention.
• Implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes for patients.
