CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of care. You will lead daily workflows and contribute to patient care programs in a busy community setting.

You will help manage inventory, support profitability, and deliver compassionate care to patients, with a comprehensive benefits package and a base pay range plus incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead with Heart and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff to ensure quality service.
• Oversee patient safety, pharmacy practice and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, workflow and profitability while delivering compassionate care.
• Contribute to patient care programs to improve health outcomes for patients.
