The position requires an active state Pharmacy License, immunization certification, and a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. Base pay ranges from $60.00 to $76.00 per hour, with full benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization.
• No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with patient safety and quality assurance within the pharmacy.
