Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Managing safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Acting as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during shifts, coaching and providing feedback to team members.
• Ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Delivering patient-centered care and resolving insurance or medication issues in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Offering and delivering immunizations, while supporting Pharmacy Technicians in developing immunization skills.
• Supporting inventory management with attention to protecting cold-chain products.
• Maintaining compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintaining scheduling flexibility and contributing to a safe, inclusive team environment.
• Continuing education and company-required training to maintain competencies.
• Supporting pharmacist-delivered clinical services such as testing and prescribing where applicable.
