Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager and lead Pharmacy Technician Staff to ensure operations.
• Oversee patient care programs and maintain patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure regulatory requirements, inventory management and loss prevention are met.
• Drive customer service and financial profitability while maintaining a team culture.
• Lead with Heart, motivate staff, and adapt to changing community healthcare needs.

Education
