Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active North Carolina Pharmacist License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, controlled substance accountability, and QA processes.
• Utilize PioneerRx, ScriptPro, and SynMed to optimize workflow.
• Support pharmacy growth initiatives and service line expansion.
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling and MTM interventions.
• Support adherence packaging and medication synchronization programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff on therapy optimization.
• Supervise technicians, interns, and support staff.
