Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Lead and support the pharmacy team during bench shifts.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Deliver immunizations and coordinate with the patient care team.
