Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Mishawaka, IN to deliver pharmaceutical care and counsel customers. The role includes immunizations, regulatory compliance, and mentoring staff, within Walmart’s patient-centered approach.

You will work to the top of your license, engage with the community, and support ongoing programs and benefits designed to improve patient health and wellness. This is a full-time, customer-facing position in a busy pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Active Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and guide pharmacy staff on customer service approaches.
