Walmart Inc. through Sam's Club in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Pharmacist to join our health services team.

You will process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and counsel members on health and medication needs while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws. Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, NABP FPGEC, an active license by start date, and completion of an ACPE immunization training program.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy licensure and NABP FPGEC must be completed.
• Active pharmacy license by job entry date is required.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

Responsabilités

• Dispense prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
• Administer immunizations and counsel members on health care and medication needs.
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation per policy and law.
• Model and enforce proper member service and company guidelines.
