Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in CERES, CA to provide pharmaceutical care, accurately process prescriptions, and counsel customers on healthcare needs. You’ll work to the top of your license in a fast-paced, patient‑centered environment and help improve community health.

In addition to immunizations and program administration, you will ensure HIPAA compliance, mentor staff, and partner with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent NABP.
• Valid pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and medications.
• Administer immunizations and Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Model and guide staff on customer service.
