Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to deliver pharmaceutical care, dispense prescriptions accurately, and counsel customers on healthcare needs. The role includes administering immunizations and promoting wellness within the community.

You will work in a fast-paced Walmart Pharmacy environment, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and company policies while supporting team members and patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license required by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches.
